• Willingness to work as part of a team and follow direction from Operations Manager
• Ability to operate various pieces of equipment including dozers, excavators, rollers, articulated trucks
• Ability to read and understand plans, set and check grades, coordinate deliveries and inspections, and
  manage a crew of operators and laborers with little supervision
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S. with reliable daily transportation to and from jobsite
• Ability to work in various conditions (heat, cold, etc.) and lift 50 lbs
